Built from real frustration.

A close friend had an incredible product and zero idea how to get it into stores. No connections, no experience with buyers, just something genuinely great that nobody knew about yet.

Watching that happen was the whole reason Modiv exists. We became the helping hand they needed, and the partner other small businesses in Vancouver actually deserve.

We’re not a big agency with a generic process. We’re a small team that knows this city, cares about the brands we work with, and stays in it for the long run.
